These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, the allocation of your exclusive territory lock, and your participation in the performance-based client acquisition systems (including the TRIDENT Vetting Pipeline).

By accessing our site, submitting a zip code exclusivity query, or applying for our pilot program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not allocate a territory slot or participate in the services.

1. Eligibility & Application

Our program is designed strictly for established professional home remodeling businesses. To apply for a territory lock or participate in the program, you agree and warrant that:

• Your remodeling business generates a minimum of $1,000,000 in annual revenue.
• Your typical project scope sizes meet our minimum threshold requirements ($50,000+).
• All information provided in your application is truthful, accurate, and current.

2. Strict Territory Exclusivity Rules

Our services operate on a strict "One Remodeler Per Market" lockout structure. When we allocate an exclusivity lock for your target zip codes:

• We will point our entire regional data targeting infrastructure, financial fingerprints, and permit qualifiers exclusively to your business pipeline.
• We will not accept applications from, sell leads to, or partner with any competing remodeling company inside your locked territory area during the lock duration.
• Your territory lock is contingent on active participation. If we do not receive your application details or setup alignment within 72 hours of an initial query lock, the zip codes may be released back to the local market pool.

3. Ad Spend & Agency Performance Model

Our performance-based program structure is governed by the following clear terms:

• Your Ad Spend: You agree to provide a minimum ad budget (typically $1,000) paid directly to Google or Meta advertising networks. We touch, manage, or hold none of this ad budget.
• Our Performance Guarantee: We charge $0 in agency setup retainers or onboarding fees for the initial proof period. We agree to deliver 3 to 5 human-verified, budget-confirmed appointments on your calendar within 7 days.
• The Miss Policy: If we fail to deliver the targeted number of appointments during the proof period, you owe us nothing. You keep all advertising assets and page structures built during setup.

4. Limitations of Liability

Remodeler Dominance provides data qualifiers and appointment pipelines for your business growth. However, we cannot and do not guarantee your closing ratios, project profit margins, or final contract values. You remain solely responsible for your sales process, crew capacity, estimate estimations, and construction work quality.

5. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership setup at any time by giving written notice. Upon termination, your exclusive territory lock is permanently released, and your targeting registry is deleted. We reserve the right to deny or revoke a territory lock at our sole discretion if we detect operational capacity issues, revenue misrepresentations, or quality standards complaints.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your relationship with us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our corporate operations are registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
